Important Note: In our continued efforts to provide you with the best possible service and performance, we have added new order servers. You need to make sure that you download and install the VCM TRADER platform that is associated with your account.

VCM Order Server 1

If your VCM ACCOUNT NAME is in the format VCMXXXX or CMXXXXX i.e. starts with either VCM or CM then click here for your installation instructions.

VCM Order Server 2

If your VCM ACCOUNT NAME is in the format VC2XXXXX i.e. starts with VC2, then click here for installation instructions.

VCM Order Server 3

If your VCM ACCOUNT NAME is in the format VC3XXXXX i.e. starts with VC3, then click here for installation instructions. Note: Use this link if you are a new trader with us and don't know your VCM ACCOUNT NAME.

FAQ's

A. If you are a new trader and you haven't received your VCM ACCOUNT NAME, then you will need to use the download link for VCM Order Server 3. You will however not be able to log into the platform till you get your VCM ACCOUNT NAME.

Q. I am an existing trader and my VCM ACCOUNT NAME starts with "VCMXXXX". My platform is fine. Do I need to do anything?
A. No you do not need to do anything. But when you do come back for an upgrade or a new install, make sure that you go to the right download link, in your case its VCM Order Server 1.

Q. I am an existing trader and my VCM ACCOUNT NAME starts with "VCMXXXX". Can I download and install the VCM TRADER associated with VCM Order Server 2?
A. No you cannot. You have to use the download link for the order server that your account is associated with, which in this case is VCM Order Server 1. Even if you do download and install the platform linked to VCM Order Server 2, you will not be able to log into your account.

Q. I am an existing trader and my VCM ACCOUNT NAME starts with "VCMXXXX". I mistakenly went to Order Server 2 and installed the platform from there. Now I cannot log in. What should I do?
A. The quickest way would be to uninstall VCM TRADER completely and then reinstall from the right link.

Q. The VCM TRADER download for VCM Order Server 1 is for version 2.2.1.36, while the VCM TRADER download for VCM Order Server 2 is version 2.2.1.40. Is there a difference between the features in these 2 versions?
A. No. There is no difference in the features for the 2 versions.
